About the Job

Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented full-time graphics designer to join part of our design team. We are a small but rapidly growing company that offers an exciting work environment, challenging projects and an excellent growth opportunity.  As a member of our innovative design team, the Artist/Graphic Designer will work on a full- time basis on key efforts such as:
·         Supporting our marketing/communications department by creating all forms of print based media, web based media, graphic designs for innovative products, and marketing.
·         Implementing modifications and improvements to existing artwork as needed
·         Preparing and managing the digital output and production of critical marketing projects including brochures, trade show posters, data sheets, sales aids, print ads, and product logos to name a few
·         Supporting and maintaining corporate marketing PowerPoint presentations. 
·         Performing intensive Photoshop work.  Helping manage and maintain marketing files, image archives, and design library.
·         This is a full-time temp to hire position working 40 hours a week.  There is potential of this position becoming a permanent hire for the right individual.
 

Experience/Skills Required
·         3-6 years hands-on experience.
·         Team player who can work fast with high quality results.
·         Excellent production and typography skills.
·         Proven advanced proficiency with Adobe CS3 and CS5 Photoshop
·         Proven intermediate proficiency with Adobe CS2+, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office as well as ability to work on Mac platforms.
·         Experience with HTML, Dreamweaver and Flash is a plus.
·         Knowledge of the graphics production processes, including pre-flighting of artwork, understanding digital workflow and digital color.
·         Strong attention to detail.
